I love spending time with animals
and getting out in the fresh air -
every adventure I go on
with the dogs I walk brings me joy!I also take care of cats and other
small pets and cover Dawlish Warren
and the surrounding areas.


I believe in a calm, patient approach, and am fully insured, DBS checked and a qualified pet first aider.I offer flexible hours and can often accommodate last-minute bookings.If you're unsure whether your location or time is covered, just get in touch —

These terms are designed to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely for both pets and humans.Services
Dog walking, pet sitting, and small animal care available on a pre-booked basis.
Services provided as per the agreed schedule and instructions.
All dogs must wear a collar with ID and be up to date on vaccinations and flea treatment.Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings made at short notice may be accepted on a case by case basis.
Cancellations or changes require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the booked service).
No-shows or late cancellations will incur full charge.
If I ever need to cancel due to illness or emergency, I’ll give as much notice as possible and refund you 100% of the fee.Fees & Payment
Prices as per the current pricing list.
Payment is due at the time of booking, via bank transfer or Paypal. Cash is accepted on a case by case basis.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until paid.Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete information about pets, including health, behaviour, and vaccination status.
Ensure pets are safe and accessible (e.g. secure gates, correct leads, no escape risks).
Inform Warren Woofs of any changes in circumstances (illness, behaviour, schedule).Health & Safety
Warren Woofs reserves the right to refuse or stop walking any dog deemed unsafe.
Any injury to pets, clients, or third parties will be reported immediately.
The owner is responsible for any harm or damage caused by their pet to Warren Woofs’ staff, property, people
or other animals and will be liable for any charges incurred, e.g. vet billsWalks & Safety
Dogs will be walked on lead unless prior agreement is made and written consent is given.
A maximum of 3 dogs can be walked at once, and only once the dogs have been introduced and are friendly and compatible.Access & Security
Clients are responsible for providing access (keys, lockbox, etc.).
Should I have to keep your keys they will be securely stored and never labelled with personal details.Emergencies
In case of accident or illness, I will contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
If urgent veterinary care is required and you cannot be reached, I will act in your pet’s best interest and you will be responsible for any costs.Liability
Warren Woofs is insured but not liable for unforeseen accidents or incidents beyond reasonable control.
The owner agrees to indemnify Warren Woofs against claims arising from their pet’s actions.Photos & Social Media
I may take photos during walks to share on social media. Please let me know if you’d prefer your dog not to be featured.Data Protection
Client information will be stored securely and used only for Warren Woofs services.
Personal data will not be shared without consent.Termination
Either party may terminate the service with reasonable notice (24 hours).
Immediate termination may occur if terms are breached or safety is at risk.Agreement
